I like to keep fit and I am a keen runner and gym goer. I have always tried to eat fairly healthy and have loved cooking, but more recently I have begun experimenting more with recipes and foods and have started out on a mission to create meals but substituting the bad for the good whilst still being tasty! I like to create meals using fresh fruits and vegetables, and often find myself walking into nearly every health food shop and farm food shop I pass hoping to discover new natural ingredients to cook with.
It is a bit more of a mission as I have been gluten-free now for over 2 years and I rarely eat meat, mostly eating vegetarian or fish meals, but I love a challenge!
